    Výroba na sklad

    Bod rozpojení je ve skladech hotových výrobků u výrobce. Řízení výroby probíhá na základě principu výroby na sklad hotových výrobků.

    Pro tuto výrobu je charakteristické, že produkt může být vyroben před příjmem objednávky od zákazníka. Zakázky jsou většinou plněny ze skladových zásob a výrobní příkazy slouží k doplnění skladových zásob.

    Hromadná výroba se vyznačuje výrobou jen jednoho nebo několika druhů výrobků s velkým objemem a relativně dlouhou ustáleností výroby stejných výrobků. Lze použít jednoúčelových strojů a vysoce specializovaných pracovníků.

    Typickým problémem je řízení výroby. Více se zdůrazňují personální otázky, například odstranění monotónní práce či zajištění kvalifikace pracovníků.
